SHIPPING POLICY
We currently only ship within the US. All orders take 2-3 business days with the exception of holidays and natural disasters.

All orders are shipped Monday-Friday

All orders placed before 2:00pm CT will be shipped the same day

All orders placed after 2:00pm CT will be shipped out the following business day

Please note: we take as many precautionary steps and measure when packaging your order to ensure no damage is done during delivery. However, by ordering product online you are agreeing to not holding us solely responsible for damaged good upon delivery. If you do have damage done please contact us immediately.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We are unable do refunds or exchanges of products at this time. If you receive a damaged item, a mistake in your order, or any other additional concerns or complaints you must contact us at our shop contact within 24 hours of delivery to you. You may contact us by phone or email:

Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
